In 2014, Denver’s Belleview Station emerged in a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plan as a high-potential, multi-modal urban center designed for growth and density. Recognizing this potential, Front Range Land and Development stepped up as the master developer, orchestrating a transformation across the entire 51-acre site. The project’s mixed-use hub covers approximately 40 acres, divided into eight distinct city blocks, labeled A through H, and framed by Belleview Avenue, Niagara Street, and Union Avenue. Each block integrates a diverse blend of offices, retail, and multi-family residences, cultivating a dynamic and connected community.
Belleview Block B: Retail, Residences, and Refined Interiors
Completed in 2016, Belleview Block B integrates retail spaces with The Den Apartments (325 units) to create a vibrant living and shopping destination. Holland Development served as the main contractor, with architectural design by Washington D.C.’s Eisen Group. During construction, while Colorado Hardscapes was completing exterior flatwork and wall on this project, Holland Development collaborated with them for a unique concrete flooring solution to elevate the lobby aesthetic. Initially, the Bomanite Micro-Top system wasn’t part of the plan, but after evaluating samples and benefits, the team chose Bomanite Micro-Top in Bomanite French Gray and Custom Bomanite Dark Gray, adding sophistication and visual appeal.
